8.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of DRC.

9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trending Folder regarding your use of the Platform. Any representations, statements, or inducements not included in these Terms are not binding on Trending Folder.
9.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
